Official Delegation Requirements

• Each participating team must register a minimum of 12 players and a maximum of 14 players.
• The administrative and technical staff may include a maximum of 6 members.
• Only delegation lists that comply with these limits will be accepted for review.
• All names and personal details must match the official travel documents exactly.

Registration Requirements

• Each participating team must complete all required registration fields.
• All submitted information must be correct, complete, and officially approved.
• Each team must provide the required administrative and technical staff information.
• Player information and official documents must be submitted as requested.
• Only authorized representatives may complete the registration process.
• The official access code must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
• All information must be entered in English and must match the passports or official identity documents.

Required Documents

• Clear and valid passport copy for every registered player and delegation member.
• Recent personal photograph for every registered player and delegation member.
• Official team or federation logo.
• National flag.
• Official delegation list approved by the participating federation or team.
• Any additional document requested by the IMF Competitions Committee or Organising Committee.

Registration Regulations

• Submitting the registration form does not automatically confirm final participation.
• Final participation is subject to registration review, document approval, and receipt of the required 50% accommodation reservation payment.
• All registrations are subject to review and approval by the IMF Competitions Committee.
• The participating team is responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information.
• Incomplete or incorrect registrations may be returned for correction or rejected.
• The IMF reserves the right to request additional documents or information.
• Registration must be completed within the officially announced registration period.
• After final approval, amendments may only be made with authorization from the IMF Competitions Committee.
• Any misuse of the access code may result in the code being disabled.
